If you want to reproduce any pictures ask permission. Your specific use will determine the conditions for rights that may be granted.  When for profit rights are requested, usually fair market value is required. If you offer a product or service we may be willing to barter.  No fee non-profit use of images may be granted but with the requirement of adjacent credit with hyper-linking to the page of our  choosing.

Unauthorized reproduction of work which intended to make money or is included in a money making project is NOT OK. The Internet makes it easy to find duplicated work.

Photographs and Web pages do not need a copyright notice on them to be protected by copyright law. All original works are copyright protected as soon as they are created. They do not need to be registered to be covered by copyright law.

If you see one of these pictures in a magazine or a Web page and there is no credit, then it is almost surely unauthorized. If you are the first person to tell us about it, we will send you a free print for your wall.
