Cathleen and Scott enjoy sharing their adventures and have traveled the country captivating audiences with spectacular imagery and tales of their expeditions and experiences. Their multi-media presentations vividly portray their tales by seamlessly using dramatic images and inspirational music. Current presentations include:

*NEW* Fire and Ice: Backcountry Skiing Russia’s Far East Kamchatka Peninsula

Six years after kayaking Lake Baikal in Central Siberia, Cathleen and Scott returned in April 2008 to backcountry ski Kamchatka – a prominent peninsula located in Russia’ Far East. Experience this fascinating place through their dramatic still photography, video and audio. Learn about Russia’s expansive land of Fire and Ice, its amazing skiing, its battle to grow a sustainable eco-tourism economy and its remarkable people.

Lake Baikal: Expedition Kayaking the World’s Oldest Body of Water

In August 2002, Cathleen and Scott were part of a four person team to kayak Central Siberia’s Lake Baikal. This presentation provides insight into what it was like to travel independently in a country not familiar with such autonomous explorers. Spectacular imagery captures the amazing people and majestic beauty of the area, as well as the fortunate circumstances and difficulties their small group encountered in their five week tour of this remote part of Russia.

The Pacific Crest Trail: On Foot from Mexico to Canada

Join Scott as he thru-hikes the Pacific Crest Trail from Mexico to Canada. This 2,600 miles journey took him almost 6 months. Stunning photos merge with entertaining stories about trail life and an honest discussion about long-distance backpacking.

Denali: To the Summit and Back

In 2004 Scott climbed to 22,030 feet to stand atop Denali’s summit (Mt. McKinley), the highest point in North America. This short, inspirational program discusses personal determination and the sport of mountaineering as told through beautiful photographs of the Alaska Range.

Expedition Kayaking

With over a half-dozen expedition kayaking trips, this presentation uses amazing imagery of Alaskan scenery and wildlife to provide tips and tricks of expedition kayaking and travel. Logistical advice is also offered and what to consider when traveling to far flung regions.
